State Exams in Czech
The Prague school of foreign languages "Metropol" is accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education. Our school is authorized to prepare students for the state exam and conduct the state examination of foreign languages.

Language examinations are state-approved and range from A1 to C2. Once the tests are successfully completed, students obtain an accreditation certificate that corresponds to one of the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CERF).

A fee is charged for taking the Czech state exam and must be paid by participants before the exam. Proof of payment of the exam fee must be shown on the day of the exam. On the day of the exam, the applicant must provide an identity document.

- The student passes the written part of the exam if he / she passes at least 60% in each part
- If the result is below 60%, the student is not allowed to the oral part.
- The examiners check the written part immediately upon completion so that the oral portion of the exam can begin as soon as possible.
- The oral part in the B2 and C1 exams takes place 14 days after the written
- The duration of the oral part in all exams is 10-15 minutes
